WHOLEHEARTEDNESS
There is no good without bad. You can only experience as much love as you experience grief. Never refrain from particular actions, merely because of the potential pain that may arise from it. For when we begin to do so, we live a level life. A straight line, with no curves or bumps, no peaks or troughs. A level life, regardless of its allure, is worse than death itself.
Once we begin to fear experiencing our emotions, we become prisoners of our own mind. We are both the captor and the captee. Being the captor, we should then unchain the captee, setting him free to experience the wonders of this world. In other words, we should release ourselves from fear, release ourselves from its grasp and allow ourselves to experience all emotions, not just partly, but fully.
To experience the greatest depths of pain, is to allow for yourself to experience the highest summits of love, capped with the white, sweet snow of tenderness.
Never use half your heart. Whether it is in your interactions with other people or in your own endeavours. Using only half your heart is restricting yourself from feeling. And to feel is to be alive. Go wholeheartedly, into your interactions and endeavours, and if you experience pain as a result, have no regrets. Regret only that which you gave merely half your heart.
Embrace your emotions, for they are all dependent upon each other and to experience them, is to truly live.
Thank You Mia & Hebah.
